Returns Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AGARA FASHION is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate wear, accessories, or items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
